Silicone Blanking Cap
Aluminium Joiner for EGR Cooler Pipes
This kit replaces the EGR Valve and fits neatly between the Anti Shudder Valve and Inlet Manifold. Retaining the ASV means the engine still remains smooth when switching off the ignition
Our EGR Delete Kit is machined from a Single Billet so there are no welds. This improves appearance and also strength. We have found that the kits from other suppliers crack due to the strain of the boost pipework hanging from the ASV, so we designed our item to overcome this problem
Our unique Grub Screw design allows for the neatest possible install, removing the bulky brass fitting found on other EGR Delete Kits. The tiny hole also eliminates the need to fit an ‘in-line’ reducer to stop the boost gauge from fluttering under heavy load. The design also means that customers who will not be using the boost takeoff will have a clean looking install
As our design is almost exactly the same profile as the standard EGR Valve, which allows all the stock hardware to be used
