Refunds & Returns Policy
We accept refund requests for some goods sold on our Site for the following reasons:
- The item is broken.
- The item does not match description (wrong item delivered).
REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 1 DAY AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR GOODS.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A RESTOCKING FEE OF 5% CHARGED ON ALL REFUNDS.
Returns for refund can be made by mail. To return a product by mail, follow the following procedure:
1. You must have authorization in writing
2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. It must be in the original packaging.
Because of the custom nature of our products, returns are only provided when an incorrect, or defective product is shipped. AUTHORIZATION IN WRITING IS REQUIRED BEFORE RETURNING GOODS.
Notification must be documented and received by DIESEL DNA within 24 hours of customer receiving goods. Documentation must include pictures of box unopened clear pictures of all items received in one picture. Customer must supply invoice number and date. All returned items in saleable condition must be received before replacement product ships. No credit can be allowed for returned items that cannot be re-sold as new products.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- Downloadable software products.
- Obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Returns: Returns accepted for valid reason only such as incorrect product received.

Returning goods
Returns can be made by mail or courier. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
