Description

EGR Delete Kit for 1.9 PD105 & 2.0 16v PD and Common Rail TDI Engines

Replaces the egr valve and pipe from the egr valve to the exhaust manifold and blocks the manifold.

  • Reduces inlet air temperatures = more power
  • Prevents inlet and turbo from clogging up
  • Brushed aluminium finish

This kit consists of:
1x CNC Machined EGR Delete / Race Pipe
1x Nitrile O-Ring
1x Long Vented Grub Screw (for Boost Gauge Takeoff)
1x Short Grub Screw
2x M8 Nuts (for Turbo EGR Port)
1x Large Blanking Plate (for Turbo EGR Port)
1x Large EGR Gasket (for Turbo EGR Port)
2x M6 Socket Cap Bolts

This kit replaces the EGR Valve and fits neatly between the Anti Shudder Valve and Inlet Manifold. Retaining the ASV means the engine still remains smooth when switching off the ignition

Our EGR Delete Kit is machined from a Single Billet so there are no welds. This improves appearance and also strength. We have found that the kits from other suppliers crack due to the strain of the boost pipework hanging from the ASV, so we designed our item to overcome this problem

 Our unique Grub Screw design allows for the neatest possible install, removing the bulky brass fitting found on other EGR Delete Kits. The tiny hole also eliminates the need to fit an ‘in-line’ reducer to stop the boost guage from fluttering under heavy load. The design also means that customers who will not be using the boost takeoff will have a clean looking install
As our design is almost exactly the same profile as the standard EGR Valve, which allows all the stock hardware to be used
Please note that this is machined from one single piece
